AV System Designer - Dallas
The prospective employee will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Applicant should have at least three years of experience as an Audio Visual Systems Designer in a contracting design/build or consultant environment, with responsibility/experience for preparation of drawings and specifications.
- Responsibilities include design of AV, Multi-media, and presentation display systems, development of power requirements, conduit configuration, system design drawings (device locations on floor plans, functional diagrams, specialized details, etc.). and specifications to company format.
- Experience with MS Word required. Modest AutoCad/Acad LT and Excel skills an asset but not required.
- Experience with RF distribution and/or other low voltage systems a benefit.
- Communicate effectively with clients, engineers
and other design team members.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - Dallas
WJHW is seeking a Business Development professional responsible for identifying leads and business pursuits specific to the sports and public assembly markets. Responsibilities include:
- Client contact with existing clients
- Authorship of proposals, contract administration, and fee/scope
negotiations are required
- Also required is the ability to research and develop new
client opportunities, leads and business pursuits
We are seeking an individual who is able to self start and maintain focus on top notch service to existing clientele, who possesses well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, and written/oral communication skills with excellent time management capabilities.
Marketing experience and a minimum of 7 years experience in the design, A/V, construction or consulting industry is required, as well as the ability to work in a dynamic team environment. A Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred. Qualified candidates should possess strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint are desired, but not required.

Technical Asst/Jr Video Production & AV System Designer - Dallas
Position is to provide technical and project support assistance to overworked Principal. The
prospective employee will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Moderate AutoCad proficiency
- Exhibit a passion for
video and AV systems and customer service
- Communicate effectively with clients, engineers and
other design team members
Successful applicant is expected to be able to develop from an
assistant position into that of a design professional and
project manager. Salary commensurate
with training and experience.

Marketing Coordinator -
Dallas
WJHW is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with A/E/C industry experience to join
the firm in our Dallas office location. Responsibilities include: production of
marketing proposals and qualifications, responses to RFQs/RFPs, PowerPoints and
other presentations, creation of advertisements and graphics, research of
potential business leads & pursuits; maintenance of marketing collateral;
supporting trade shows / conventions logistics and preparation. The prospective
employee will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills with the following software:
InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite. A Bachelor’s
degree is required, along with an ability to work in a dynamic team
environment.

Sound System Designer -
Dallas
The prospective employee will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Applicant should have at least three years of experience as a Sound System Designer in a contracting design/build or consultant environment.
- Responsibilities include design of systems to program, preparation of power requirement and configuration, system design drawings (device locations on floor plans, functional diagrams, plate and cluster details, etc.). and specifications to company format.
- Experience with EASE modeling highly desirable and modest AutoCad skills an asset but not required.
- Familiarity with audio systems installation practices commonly found in
the construction industry.
- Communicate effectively with clients, engineers and other design team members.
