Technical Asst/Jr Video Production & AV System Designer - Dallas
Position is to provide technical and project support assistance to overworked Principal. The prospective employee
will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Moderate AutoCad proficiency
- Exhibit a passion for video and AV systems and customer service
- Communicate effectively with clients, engineers and other design team members
Successful applicant is expected to be able to develop from an assistant position into that of a design professional and project manager. All applicants must be United States citizens or otherwise be legally allowed to work in the United States without our sponsorship (legal green card status, etc...). Salary commensurate with training and experience.
CAD Draftsperson - Dallas
The prospective employee will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Trained in AutoCad 2000 thru 2007 (ADT a plus)
- Experienced with architectural and/or "one-line" diagrams or details
- Experience with sound, video, lighting, rigging or telecommunication systems a plus
Senior Acoustical Engineer - Dallas
The job requires the application of the principles and techniques of physics, engineering, and mathematics to the assessment, design, testing, and development of acoustical plans for architectural room acoustics, architectural sound isolation, mechanical noise and vibration control, and environmental noise.
The prospective employee will possess all the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or architecture
- Minimum of five years experience working in an acoustical consulting firm and managing projects
- Experience complying with indoor and outdoor acoustical testing standards
The successful candidate will interact with clients, work with a group of acoustical consultants with varying amounts of experience, manage projects from schematic design through completion, make acoustical measurements, prepare test reports, as well as, assist with marketing efforts and fee proposal estimates.
Structured Cabling Designer - Dallas
The prospective employee will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Multiple years of experience in design and specification of structured cabling systems in shell and interior construction spaces (outside plan experience is useful, but not a normal requirement)
- Experience in dealing with architectural and electrical plans, drawings, and specifications
- Installation and testing of structured cabling experience is very desirable
- RCDD certification is preferred; LAN certification and experience desirable
- Experience in design of RF (CATV/MATV) distribution cabling systems a plus
- Experience with MS Word required. Modest AutoCad/Acad LT and Excel skills an asset but not required
Sound
System Designer - Dallas
The prospective employee will possess the following qualifications and
experience:
- Applicant should
have at least three years of experience as a Sound System Designer
in a contracting design/build or consultant environment.
- Responsibilities
include design of systems to program, preparation of power requirement
and configuration, system design drawings (device locations on floor
plans, functional diagrams, plate and cluster details, etc.). and
specifications to company format.
- Experience with
EASE modeling highly desirable and modest AutoCad skills an asset
but not required.
